Cost & Access

There is plenty of free, off-street parking available on the estate. Parking spaces are located on the right when you come through the main gate.

Driving & Directions

Pioneer Country is located on Fraser Drive in Tweed Heads South. Click the map to get directions and navigate straight to the venue.

Alternative Transport

If you plan on celebrating with a few drinks, Ubers and local taxis operate throughout the Tweed area. We highly recommend booking your return ride in advance, as late-night wait times & prices can spike.

Arrival Time

Please aim to arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will give you plenty of time to park and get settled in.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Yes! Pioneer Country safely allows vehicles to be left overnight. However, to respect the venue's schedule, please ensure all cars are collected by 10:00 AM the following morning.

Is there electric vehicle (EV) charging available?

Yes, the venue features on-site EV charging facilities if you need to plug in during the festivities.

What is the parking surface like?

The parking area is a mix of gravel and grass. The walk to the main entrance is short, but we recommend keeping this in mind when choosing your footwear for the day.

Can I catch an Uber or taxi easily at the end of the night?

While Ubers and local taxis operate throughout Tweed Heads and Coolangatta, wait times can spike at night. We highly recommend pre-booking a taxi ride home if you aren't driving.

Is there designated accessible parking?

Yes, there are clearly marked accessible parking spaces located immediately next to the barn for guests with mobility requirements.
